Seasonal Game

This game cookery class will take all the fear out of cooking Game, demonstrating and creating dishes from a range of the Forest of Dean’s finest game.

The class is a combination of hands on and demo.

Learn how to cook and prepare a selection of game from Game such as:

A classic Venison ragu, Tea smoked duck breast, Pheasant, Wild boar meatballs and other seasonal game.

The type of dishes will be subject to change depending on the season

There will be tastings and items to take home.
