Gladiator Weekend At Chedworth Roman Villa
Join us for a thrilling weekend of training and combat with the Gladiators. Father’s Day Weekend is one of the highlights of the Chedworth calendar.
Roman reenactors, Leguio Secunda Augusta, will be returning to Chedworth Roman Villa for a fun filled family event.
You will be able to enrol in Gladiator School to hone your fighting skills, watch exciting military demonstrations and attend the ultimate Gladiator show to find out who the Gladiators were and where they came from.
As it is Father’s Day Weekend, every show will end with families being able to take on the dads in ‘combat’. The main shows take place at 11am and 3pm each day with a surprise show around lunchtime.
You will be able to dress up and interact with the gladiators between performances and learn more about the Roman way of life in Cheltenham.

- Normal admission charges apply, with free entry for National Trust members
