Winter Wellbeing Day Retreat

Come and join us for a day of relaxation, reflection and rejuvenation in the idyllic surroundings of Wickselm House.

The day has a strong emphasis on taking care of ourselves with group sessions and also an opportunity for individual sessions throughout the day.

Group sessions include:

‘Rest and Recovery’ session including relaxing Foot Soak.

‘Wellness – taking care of yourself’ Session.

‘Express yourself’ session using Therapeutic artwork.

‘Creating a positive mindset’ session including Havening Techniques®️.

Individual sessions throughout the day include:

These sessions are at an additional cost. (£65 per session)

Havening sessions (60-90 minutes)

Swedish massage sessions (60 minutes)

Times

The day will start at 9:30am and will finish at 4pm.

All participants will be provided with lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
