- Prawn curry – Prawns in a coconut sauce
- Uttapams– Indian Pancake/pizza
- Dosa – Rice and lentil pancake
- Malabar paratha – Flaky butter flat bread
- All ingredients, aprons, hot and cold drinks are supplied
