Mexican Cookery

This Mexican cookery class is a fiesta for the taste buds. Traditional Mexican cuisine is bursting with flavours, textures and spice. You will unleash the secrets of the ancient culture while keeping it simple enough for you to recreate these favourites at home.

Our classes are a combination of hands on and demo.

Hot and soft drinks and apron provided.

Mexican soup
shredded pozole chicken
soft corn tacos
pickled pink onions
traditional enchilada sauce
authentic refried beans
We will also create variety of salsas and guacamole. Sombreros encouraged!
