In this cookery class we will explore a fusion of Middle Eastern flavours.
The class of is a combination of demonstration and hands on cookery.
Hot and soft drinks and aprons are provided
You will prepare a variety of dishes such as the sample below:
- Baked Feta
- Lamb or lentil Patties with tahini sauce
- Butternut squash and date hummus
- Tabbouleh
- Middle Eastern Zatar flatbread
