Tapas Cookery

Come and learn to create some wonderful Tapas dishes that you will want to make at home.

We will show you through demonstration and tasting, the delights of these dishes. You will also have the opportunity to create some of your own tapas dishes too.

Classics such as:
Patatas Bravas
Tortilla Patata
Salmon cerviche
Prawn and chorizo rice
Chorizo and chick peas
Artichoke and chive crostini
The class will start with marinated olives, Spiced almonds and a platter of mixed Spanish meats and Manchego cheese served with membrillo.
