On our organic farms in the Cotswolds and Staffordshire, we work the land responsibly, mindfully, with intelligence and with a conscience. We hold ourselves accountable for our ethical and environmental standards and welcome the opportunity to show you what we do.

Raising our animals and handling our ingredients with the greatest care and consideration, in a way that respects our environment, are the core values on which Daylesford was founded.

Our Bakery on our farm freshly bakes award-winning organic bread, cakes and pastries each day. They are all produced with slow fermentation methods in order to develop the flavours and are shaped by hand in the true artisan way without the use of additives or chemicals. Our bread is in our farmshops a few hours after leaving our Bakery.

Our menu is based on produce from our fully certified organic farms in the Cotswolds and Staffordshire, where we mindfully and sustainably raise grass pastured rare and native breeds, including our pedigree dairy herd and organic, free range chickens and eggs, grow seasonal fruit and vegetables and make our award-winning artisan breads, ham and cows milk cheeses.

Our daily-changing specials board features the very best from our organic Market Garden that day, grown in nutrient-rich soil on our organic Cotswolds farm, without chemicals and pesticides. Our produce is only picked when it’s perfectly ripe and goes straight to our chefs in the kitchen, so it’s incredibly fresh and full of flavour.

Eating well is sharing seasonal, local, organic food that nourishes our bodies. We believe that producing food organically, following the year’s natural rhythms, is not only best for the future of our planet, it is better for our wellbeing too.

The Old Spot, The Trough and The Legbar at our Cotswolds farm are all wonderful places to unwind and enjoy delicious food and drinks inspired by the seasons. Recently awarded a coveted Green Star by the Michelin Guide in recognition of our sustainable practices, our restaurant and bar areas showcase organic produce from our farm, mere footsteps away.

The Michelin Green Star is a distinction awarded to restaurants at the forefront of sustainable practices. At Daylesford, we have pioneered organic, regenerative farming and sustainable living for nearly 20 years because it is better for the planet and our wellbeing.
