Welcome to our early Victorian home in central Cheltenham. We have completely refurbished the house & offer three comfortable colour-themed double bedrooms, two en-suite & one with a private luxury bathroom. There is free parking throughout your stay & we are close to the College, Hospital & Lido as well as a huge choice of bars & restaurants.

Our breakfasts are cooked to order using locally sourced ingredients. Vegetarian options & allergies are catered for & there is always cereal, yogurt & fresh fruit salad on the buffet table. Our pretty dining room overlooks the walled garden.

The Blue Room
At the front of the house is contemporary in style with a desk & easy chair for relaxed reading. The King-size four poster bed has a 2000 spring mattress & there is a choice of soft or firm pillows. The pretty panelled en-suite has a huge walk in shower with overhead & adjustable heads.

The Yellow Room
Looks over the pretty garden. It is more traditional in style with a King-size four poster bed & a large separate private bathroom with free-standing bath & walk-in rain shower. Cotton waffle bathrobes &slippers are provided.

The Attic Room
In the eaves of the house looks over the garden to the surrounding hills & the Lido. There is a King-size bed with luxury sprung mattress. The en-suite shower room has a rain shower as well as hand held shower head.

Located in the centre of The Cotswolds town of Cheltenham, famous for its historic Regency buildings & Race Course, we are on a quiet leafy side street within fifteen minutes walk of all the major attractions including Montpellier shopping, restaurants & bars & The Suffolk Square area of independent shops & cafes. Five minutes walk through Sandford Park takes you into the High Street.
