Open all year round, Perrygrove is definitely an all weather attraction. A round trip on our train takes around 30 minutes, but most passengers get off to go to the picnic and play area at Foxy Hollow, or to enjoy some of our woodland walks.

There is no charge for extra rides – your ticket lasts all day and you can ride the train as many times as you like!

In the summer you can bring a picnic blanket and stay all day if you wish. Because we have a lot of woodland on site, there is plenty of shade so you can shelter from the sun. Ice creams are available to purchase from the cafe from Easter to October.

During the winter months you can enjoy riding on the train which is undercover, playing at Foxy Hollow which is undercover, enjoy the Indoor Village which is adjoined to the cafe, or let off steam at the Treetop Adventure. You can also put your waterproofs on and enjoy jumping in puddles when it is wet! The woods get slippery in the winter, so take care if you decide to take a woodland walk.
