Tucked away in the lovely courtyard off St Owen’s Street, a few minutes’ walk from the town centre, you will find a fiery cocktail bar and restaurant! With a warm welcome from the team, who create some of the most innovative cocktails around, we predict that Déjà Vu will be the perfect addition to your night out. Plus, I was not kidding about them being ‘fiery’ as they actually use fire on some of their cocktails!

Cocktails
Even though these images are pretty drop dead gorgeous, they still do not do justice to the experience that awaits you. The team at Déjà Vu use only premium ingredients to craft their creations, sourcing many locally, from the Herefordshire community (which we are all about!).
Déjà Vu are special as they wish to dive deeper into your cocktail psyche and uncover your hidden tastebuds! They begin, working off your favourite flavours, and create cocktails that are personal to you! Talk about a unique drinking experience!
Takeaway
The team, like so many, have had to adapt through this last turbulent year and face hurdle after hurdle, but they have come out the other side stronger than before! On top of their very own premises opening this week, they have curated a significant cocktail takeaway service during lockdown, which will continue even as restrictions ease (hallelujah!).
You can purchase these eclectic cocktail creations in a takeaway bottle, serving 2 or 4 drinks, to enjoy in the comfort of your own home! Perfect addition to any party, quiet Friday night in or even a picnic! Check out their menu, offering all the classics but also some new saucy ones like Garden Elixir or a Tiramisu – HELLO!
Available for delivery within a 9 mile radius of Hereford, or collection! No compromise on their takeaway versions, they are still as fresh and delicious as if you were sitting at the bar itself, so please be aware that they have a 24hr shelf life.
Small Plates & Tapas
Their small plate and tapas menu is bursting full of flavour and diversity so there is something incredibly tasty for everyone!
The chefs at Déjà Vu have created these dishes from scratch and are proud to say that they use local suppliers where possible. All their meat is sourced from Neil Powell Butchers, where their produce is slowly grown on highly nutrient-rich Herefordshire and Monmouthshire pastures.
The team will forever keep you wanting more with many new plates being introduced to the menu, with favourites kept on rotation!
Shakes
If you are in the market for something a little more ‘pow’, then try these flamboyant alcoholic shakes which are loaded with tasty, ice-cream and dripping with syrup!

The Bar And Terrace
Déjà Vu really is a cocktail bar & restaurant like no other in Herefordshire!
Their ground floor bar, offering 30-32 seats, is perfect for full immersion into how the team create their cocktails. You are surrounding by light, earthy tones, velvet chairs and white marble effect tables, all lit under a beautiful bronze hue and lovely foliage.
On the top floor, you will find their kitchen, offering a further 16 seats, and a completely different vibe to what you experienced ascending upwards. Here you will find seductive deep maroon coloured walls, burnt orange and gold velvet sofas, black marble effect tables and long hanging copper light pendants.
The team wished to create a contrasting space, offering a real sense of Déjà Vu, but something totally sophisticated and comfortable at the same time.
