De Koffie Pot

The De Koffie Pot is a much-loved coffee house overlooking the riverside courtyard at The Left Bank Village.

The cafe & bar is a cafe by day serving extra special nosh with lots of emphasis on local, organic, vegan, and gluten-free dishes.

The perfect pit stop; take a break here for a “damn fine cup of coffee”, courtesy of James’ Gourmet Coffee or one of our delicate teas, locally blended in Green Street. Or watch the swans go by from the riverside courtyard while enjoying a real ale or local cider.

The Hereford Art College has designed much of are branding as part of our competition for the students, including our logo and our menu clipboard. The decor in the coffee house is Dutch-inspired and the people of Herefordshire and beyond find it a particularly restful and interesting place to relax.

By day De Koffie Pot is a cafe where you can happily work, learn, munch or socialise. By evening it is a bar where you can make merry on the hay bales around the firepits on the courtyard. We often have live music.

Menu stated Scones and jam £5

When the scone arrived it was the smallest scone (like you get in the supermarket packets,5 for £2)

I asked if there should have been two as stated Scones not scone

Very disappointed and then had to ask for the jam as scone was just on plate with cream

Advice don’t order the scones as advertised wrong and extremely disappointed ☹️
