At Elite Performance we pride ourselves on providing a gym facility that has been kitted out with some of the best equipment on the market including Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Atlantis, Watson and many more top brands. The facility is split into two separate rooms.

Main gym room which contains mostly upper body machines and free weight. And our multi-functional training room that has been filled with a host of various equipment including power racks, concept II rowers, Airdine assault bikes, Ski-Ergs, climbing ropes, boxing area and much more. Basically we have pretty much everything you’ll ever need to achieve the goals that you desire and deserve.
