Glewstone Court

Glewstone Court is a charming, Georgian, Grade II listed Country Manor House set in 2 acres of beautiful grounds with stunning views of the Herefordshire countryside.

Glewstone Court is a building of historical significance listed on the English Heritage Register. It was built for Charles Ballinger, a wealthy landowner from Chalford in Gloucestershire and is now a country house hotel providing accommodation, restaurant facilities and catering for special events particularly weddings and family celebrations.

We source as much as we can from local growers and suppliers from Herefordshire, Monmouthshire & Gloucestershire. The area is a chefs ‘paradise’ with a plentiful supply of fresh produce providing inspiration for our menus and enabling us to create high quality, imaginative and delicious food.

We offer a set menu at lunchtime and afternoon tea. In the evenings a set menu or 6 course menu is available to dine from. On Sunday we offer a traditional Sunday lunch menu.

All of our wines and spirits are specially selected by our hotel manager.

Our soft drinks, tea and coffee have also been selected with same care and concern for quality, ethically sourcing and production.
