I am a Level 2 Exercise to Music Instructor and Dance Teacher working in Hereford. I’ve been teaching many popular dance fitness classes in the area for a number of years for various organisations and have now decided to teach those classes primarily for myself. In doing this I feel I can give my participants the high quality classes they expect from me for a fair price and at times to suit most people.

I love getting to know the people who come to my classes and one of the things I’m proudest of is the friendly atmosphere that I have in my sessions! We work hard but we have a lot of fun! Come and see for yourself and smile through the sweat. I really look forward to meeting you!

I have been involved in Dance and Theatre in Hereford since the age of 6 and have been privileged to be included in many local companies during this time including Bottleneck Theatre Company, The Courtyard Community Theatre Company, The Hereford Youth Theatre, Mad Dogs Theatre Company and The Hereford Academy of Dance. I still perform from time to time and particularly enjoy working as a choreographer.
