Moor Court Farm
Moor Court Farm is a gorgeous, 15th C timber framed and brick farmhouse. We are a traditional Herefordshire mixed arable, hop and livestock farm, whose present family have been fortunate enough to have farmed for over 4 generations. The farm is set in its own 500 acres, whose rural location will ensure a peaceful stay.
Relax in the peaceful setting of the garden or take a stroll through the surrounding Herefordshire countryside with its unspoilt rural views.
Discover this beautiful 15th century timber framed farmhouse providing bed and breakfast between Ledbury and Hereford. There are spacious gardens where you can look forward to a refreshing cup of tea on arrival with homemade cakes and biscuits. We can also provide an evening meal if you arrive late.
We offer a four poster room, a double/twin room and a twin room. All our rooms have en-suite shower rooms with a full range of toiletries. There is a well stocked tea/coffee tray in each room.
Moor Court Farm is renowned for its excellent cuisine and warm friendly atmosphere. I love good food and enjoy traditional cooking. Breakfast is as healthy and wholesome as you care for.
Our Aga helps take care of even the best of appetites. Part of the ‘secret’ is to use good local produce that will have been reared or produced on our own farm, and, I gain immense satisfaction when guests relish this experience.
If your itinerary permits we would very much like you to enjoy your evening meal at Moor Court. Our menu is seasonal, but always comes with a strong flavour of what Herefordshire has to offer. We are licensed so you can choose from one of the local wines, or perhaps a local cider, beer or soft drink.
Visit Ledbury a Herefordshire market town, lying east of Hereford, and west of the Malvern Hills. It has a significant number of timber-framed structures, in particular along Church Lane and High Street. One of the most outstanding is the Market House, built in 1617, located in the town centre.
There is excellent accommodation with hotels filled with history, inns full of tradition and quality bed and breakfasts. There is also self catering accommodation, campsites and even 'glamping' in the heart of the countryside.
