Village Art Clubs
Our village art clubs run at many venues throughout Herefordshire – you can see the details on the website.
Come and enjoy a couple of hours a week with other art lovers who are discovering or improving their artistic skills.
Both beginners and experienced painters are most welcome – don’t worry if you’ve never picked up a brush before – you’re not alone and our classes aren’t the least bit intimidating!
Equally, if you’ve been a painter for years, you will find yourself in good company. You can learn painting in watercolour, oils, pastels, acrylics and drawing, so come and see what you can achieve – you’ll be surprised (and I hope, delighted).
The classes are relaxed and friendly – we don’t run prescriptive sessions – I think it’s important that everyone needs to be enthused about what they want to achieve so our tutors and I will happily give you guidance and teaching around what you would like to paint or draw.
Visit Leominster best known for its medieval black and white buildings and antique shops and sits in the heart of the Herefordshire Marches halfway between Ludlow in Shropshire and Hereford at the heart of Herefordshire.
There’s ample opportunity amongst the picturesque scenery for walkers to stretch their legs and cyclists to roll their wheels. There are plenty of B&Bs, guest houses, hotels and self catering accommodation.
