Woody’s Gymnasium

Hidden in Ledbury is an independent specialist training facility called Woody’s Gymnasium.

We specialise in sports performance, and small group training. Short, but potent workouts, focused around building strength, speed and fun! All you need to do is just find a little time in your day and show up.

One on one sessions are available.

Working with you we shall focus on developing and strengthening the following areas:

• Development of speed & power
• Movement analysis
• Joint stability
• Sports Development
• Gymnastic Strength Development
• Olympic Weightlifting

All are welcome with a positive attitude. We train all ages, from 8 – 80+ years!

Now, all you need to do is show up and be part of our community! The kettle is always on for a cuppa.
