Black Rock Concept
Saxtys are bringing a totally unique dining experience to Hereford with their Black Rock Concept. The principle being an amazingly simple one where the Black Rock is heated in a specialist oven to 450 degree and presented to you on a platter that is accompanied by crispy homemade onion rings, mushrooms, and delicious chips. You then add your chosen selection of meat to the Black Rock so you can cook your food to your preference.
On top of providing a fun experience for all, the Black Rock Concept also tastes much better than other cooking methods because it keeps in all the natural and delicious juices, unlike frying or grilling. We must warn you that once you have tasted food cooked on this Black Rock, you are in danger of not wanting your food cooked any other way. So, book a reservation with caution!
