Thirty of the most popular traditional folk songs – including Wild Mountain Thyme; Bushes and Briars; The Seeds of Love and If I was a Blackbird – will take you on a journey through the year in a musical version of The Country Diary of an Edwardian Lady

Acclaimed London-based acapella group Broomdasher celebrate Country Diary author Edith Holden’s 150th birthday this year with a tribute show touring picturesque rural churches and raising funds for them.

This 90-minute musical brings the diary nostalgically to life with songs reflecting the farming seasons and holidays like Mayday and Christmas. There’s also a live CD of the show. -and you can join in with choruses too
