Kington Walks Spring Weekend

Kington Walks Spring Weekend is a walking festival in April to give everyone a chance to experience the glorious countryside at a different time of year. Think daffodils, bluebells, wood anemones, lambs, and trees in bud and maybe blossom!

Kington sits on the border between the green and pleasant land of Herefordshire, famous for apples, beef and beer, and the wild and beautiful uplands of Wales. It makes it the perfect base for everyone interested in walking, from strenuous hill walking to leisurely strolls along gentle river valleys.

Following the success of our first Spring Weekend last year we are once again inviting all keen walkers to join us for another weekend of spectacular walking with sublime views, welcoming pubs, good food, and the great company of fellow walkers.

More long-distance paths converge on Kington than almost anywhere else in the UK. This Spring we are helping to celebrate one of those long distance paths and the 50th anniversary of the Offa’s Dyke Association.
