Woodee Experience Day Advanced Entertaining Cooking Course

If you have been on one of our Beginners Fire Pit Cooking and Skills days, or are looking for a more advanced outdoor cooking experience then this course is for you. On this one-day hands-on course, the skills of the beginners’ course will be built upon and a more advanced set menu, taking you through canapés and starters to the main course and pudding will be covered in the order that you would serve it up to your guests.

In small groups working on just 10 fire pits, you will work in pairs on your own fire pit for the day. You will cook a complete menu that has been developed by our Woodee Chefs to stretch your skills and give you the confidence to try new dishes and techniques. Again this will include cooking on the grill, the cooking tray/lid, on the embers in the fire itself and in dutch ovens.

We cook a delicious range of local meat, fish and vegetable dishes during the day. We offer tasty vegetarian options but if there are any other dietary requirements and, in particular, food allergies please contact us before booking as being a small rural business there are some allergies that we cannot cater for.
