Our Evolution Tap and Bar is an integral part of our brewery for showcasing the brewery itself and the products we create here. With something to please every palate from a 2% table beer, right up to a 12.5% bourbon barrel-aged stout, plus plenty of pale ales, lagers and IPA’s in between, there is a wide range of beers to choose from!

If you still can’t choose just one, why not opt for a ‘third pint tasting paddle’ for the full craft beer experience! And don’t worry if beer is not your thing – with cider, wine, spirits, and soft drinks available, wood-fired pizza from local company Ambers Wood fired kitchen, games to play, live music, film screenings and seasonal events, The Tap room is a place for all to bring along your partners, friends, kids and even your dogs!!

Evolution Beer Co is an Independent Brewery based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. Evolved into life in early 2019 with the aim of creating great tasting beer packaged with fun and engaging branding, our ethos is simple – we love what we do and want our beer drinkers to love it too! With a small, female led team of super talented brewers, support staff and state of the art 25HL, 4 vessel brewhouse, our beers have been pushed from strength to strength since we began. Now with an offering of a solid core range, seasonal brew’s and Collaboration’s all in can and keg and soon cask, our mission is to keep our beer and team evolving throughout 2020 and beyond.
