One visit to Park Hall won’t be enough!
Kids don’t often get the chance to come in to contact with the many farm animals that make up our beautiful Shropshire countryside – so here is the perfect place to learn all about our furry friends in a safe and controlled environment. You can visit goats, sheep, alpacas ponies and lots more. Pig Racing is always a highlight, held twice a day.
At Park Hall Farm let the kids loose in the great outdoors with a fantastic range of play options, with plenty of fresh air guaranteed! Visit the Sycamore Wood or take a leisurely walk to the lake to enjoy the delights of the countryside. Discover the mighty English Elm tree in the adventure woodland. Alternatively, enjoy our indoor play areas which include: sand and water play, a role play village, science zone, music room and Warren play barn.
Visit our four museums from WWI and WWII trenches, a Victorian School, Welsh Guards Collection to an Iron Age Roundhouse. In the Trenches experience the very nature of trench warfare through the decades, starting from World War One through to the modern day. Immerse yourselves in the conditions that the soldiers would have lived, and fought in. In the Iron Age Roundhouse see how they lived and study the kind of instruments and tools they would have used to do simple everyday tasks. At the Victorian School learn about the lessons that the generations before you would have experienced. See the history of the Welsh Guards, the official home of the Welsh Guards collection.
