Tucked away in a tranquil side street, away from the hubbub of town you’ll find Parkway Tasca Bar, the authentic Spanish tapas restaurant that’s become Ludlow’s hidden secret.

Inspired by the back street tasca bars of Spain, we’ve created a comfortable local eatery that’s big on ambiance and tasty food, while being small on formalities. Offering our guests the genuine experience of the wonderful food and hospitality of Spain, we’re right here in Ludlow – a food lover’s paradise.

All of us at Parkway believe in using the best quality ingredients and having an impressive number of independent food merchants right on our doorstep allows us to have the freshest produce at our fingertips.

We also know that to achieve the true Spanish taste our customers value we need to make use of some genuine Spanish ingredients, so we import Bomba rice from Valencia for our excellent paella, chorizo from Leon, Manchego from the Basque region, Padrón peppers from Galicia, Iberian ham as well as chick peas, olives, quicos and churros from all over Spain.
