Welcome to Rectory Cottage, a luxury self catering accommodation located in Shropshire. The property which sleeps up to six guests has been recently renovated to provide stylish and comfortable surroundings for your relaxing holiday.

The perfect location for exploring the many attractions Shropshire has to offer, it is situated in the attractive village of Cound, which is within easy reach of the historic towns of Shrewsbury, Much Wenlock and Ironbridge.

Other notably points of interest in Cound include a Grade 1 listed church which has recently celebrated its 800th Anniversary and on the approach to the village you will drive over a bridge which is the oldest iron bridge still in vehicular use in the world.

There is an active village community which hosts a number of annual events including local Snowdrop and Bluebell walks (with afternoon tea in the Village Hall), Fete, Flicks in the Sticks and a Candlelit Carol Service in the Church which is also a venue for Musical concerts and Art Exhibitions.

There are many pleasant walks and cycling opportunities from the Cottage.
