The Coach House

The Coach House is a cosy and idyllic self catering retreat for two, situated in the wild and dramatic scenery of the South Shropshire Hills. At 300 metres, it has views to the head of the valley and is located below the Black Hill. The accommodation is located across the courtyard from the main house and is approached through a private entrance in the kitchen garden.

​The front door leads into the hall, which has lots of space for hanging coats as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer and stairs leading to the first floor and the rest of the accommodation. The comfortable and cosy sitting room has a kitchen area and space for dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The sitting room also has a wood burning stove, sofa, armchair and a television, DVD, CD player and Wifi. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower and a heated towel rail. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with a combination duvet and an electric blanket for those colder nights.

Outside is a small lawned area with a table and chairs, facing due west – the perfect place to watch the setting sun.
