Located on the Cheshire – Shropshire border “The Willeymoor ” is a privately owned and family run traditional country pub situated on the Llangollen canal close to the market town of Whitchurch.

Formerly a Lock Keepers cottage converted into a pub in 1978, the Willeymoor is well known for its unique waterside location beside a working Lock … a perfect setting to watch the passing narrow boats and crew!!

A quick pint, lunchtime snack, pit-stop from a hard day cruising or special occasion, informal and unpretentious we offer a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for all to enjoy.

Popular with locals, walkers, boaters and holidaymakers alike, we have an array of classic pub food complimented by a varied selection of hand-pull cask ales, beers, spirits, global wines, hot beverages and soft drinks.
