Yarchester Barn

Near Much Wenlock in the beautiful village of Harley in Shropshire sits our spacious holiday cottage, Yarchester Barn. Overlooking fields and the ever-changing woodland of the Wenlock Edge, it has been sympathetically converted from a large stone barn.

The accommodation has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with many period features on show, including original oak beams and stone walls. Available throughout the year, the property can sleep up to 7 guests, plus an infant in a cot. The barn is available for off-season short breaks.

The historic town of Much Wenlock is just two miles away. Local activities include walking and cycling on Wenlock Edge, Horse riding and fishing. Guests may also want to walk in the footsteps of history and visit the ancient Roman villa site close by from which our stone barn, ‘Yarchester’, derives its name.
