Musical Mathsters

This is a new and innovative course created by Tutorage. It is a series of training courses aimed at you (the parents!) which will provide you with games and techniques to teach your children maths through music and play. Our course will help to guide you through navigating the world of maths in a way that is fun and engaging!

Our Musical Mathsters course will consist of six hour long sessions over six weeks. Each session will focus on a different element of maths, with all of the resources and skills coming together at the end of the course to make teaching it a breeze!

• Session 1: Making Maths Cheap and Cheerful (11/04/24 from 2:00-3:00)
• Session 2: How to Teach Counting (18/04/24 from 11:30-12:30)
• Session 3: Measuring and Direction (25/04/24 from 11:30-12:30)
• Session 4: Adding and Subtracting (02/05/24 from 2:00-3:00)
• Session 5: Tackling Time (09/05/24 from 2:00-3:00)
• Session 6: Multiply, Divide and Conquer (16/05/24 from 11:30-12:30)
