Make mum feel extra special on Mother’s Day with an afternoon tea offering finger sandwiches and some baked treats. Enjoy scones served with clotted cream and strawberry jam, then a selection of sweet pastries, cupcakes and cookies to finish. All of which is served with a pot of speciality tea or bubbles of Prosecco or Champagne. Some venues even offer afternoon tea hampers which you can take on a picnic.

One of our favourite places for cream teas is the Laura Ashley Tearooms in Redditch. Set within 10 acres of beautiful lawns and woodland with far reaching views to the Vale of Evesham.
