RAF Defford Airfield Guided Walk At Croome

During the months of April – October why not take part in a Croome National Trust event: RAF Defford Airfield Guided Walk.

Join our guide taking in points of interest that relate to the top-secret airbase which was home to Airborne Radar testing and development during the Second World War and early years of the Cold War.

The walk around the parkland includes views across the airfield and the crash site of a Wellington bomber.

Walk approx 2 hours; about 3 miles.
