Take a walk in the park with our Ranger to see and listen to bats in the Croome garden and park.
Enjoy a dusk walk in the garden to see and listen to bats at this National Trust property. We’ll use bat detectors to listen to the bats.
A variety of bat species can be found at Croome including Lesser Horseshoes, pipistrelles and Daubenton bats. They roost in some of the buildings and feed on the insects in the garden and park.
Meet at 7.15pm by our visitor reception for a cold drink and a snack. Then a walk in the garden to spot the bats. Finish time approx. 10pm.
Route approx. 2 – 3 miles. Sorry, no dogs.
Walk will only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions.
