On this course, you will learn how to make your own starter and how to feed it, as well as making some popular sour dough breads using a range of different baking techniques.

Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day at Eckington cookery school. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
