If your pastry results vary or you’ve never attempted to make your own but would love to try, then this is the cooking course for you. Our chef tutor will teach you the secrets behind producing perfect pastry, showing you how to use them in different delicious dishes. Once you have mastered these skills, you will be able to create a plethora of recipes at home.

• Pork, black pudding & apple sausage rolls
• Red onion and goat’s cheese quiche
• Curried butternut squash pasties
