Easy Entertaining Cookery (1/2 Day)

Entertaining at home is great fun, but you don’t want to spend an inordinate amount of time cooking in preparation for your guests.

This course will teach you some impressive but simple dishes that won’t have you locked up in the kitchen for hours before your guests arrive.

Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day at Eckington cookery school. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
