Knife Skillls
Join us for a half day Knife Skills experience not to be missed. You will be shown how to use a knife correctly, also how to sharpen, maintain and look after your knives.
After that, the fun begins with chopping, slicing and boning a chicken leg to create a Thai spiced lemon chilli chicken.
If you want to become quicker in the kitchen and turn out impressive looking dishes, then this is the course for you.
Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day at Eckington cookery school. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
