Classic French Cuisine Cookery

Learn some of the classic French dishes from which the majority of chefs base their modern interpretations on – beef bourguignonne, sole meuniere and moules mariner amongst the classics.

Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and throughout the day and a recipe pack. Students will prepare their own lunch during the course.
