Last Night Of The Proms

The quintessential celebration of British music returns to The Angel once again. The evening will feature performances from Stouport-On-Severn Brass Band and singer Betsy Harmony.

Celebrating the end of the season, The Angel’s Last Night of the Proms will be on Saturday 2nd September. Join us from 6pm until 10pm for a brilliant Saturday evening out. Wave your Union Jacks and sing along and the top of your lungs for old Britannia!

• Betsy performs a range of music including opera, musical theatre and classics with a passion for 1940s and 50s Jazz.
• The 2023 3rd Section Midlands Area Champion Band! These fantastically talented musicians will play British anthems, including Rule Britannia, Land of Hope and Glory, Jerusalem, and the National Anthem.
• The event will take place entirely within our garden marquee, protected from the autumn weather. The marquee features a scenic view out to the stunning River Avon. The Angel Garden Bar will be open throughout the event and can be easily accessed within the marquee. We serve beer, wine, cider, gin, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks.
• We will be serving cold platters to those with premium tickets only. These include honey roast ham slices, blue stilton, cheddar, pork pies, balsamic pickled onions, chutney, salad, pâté and bread baskets.
