East House is a unique 5 Star bed and breakfast retreat in Broadway.
East House was first discovered the Cotswolds whilst on our honeymoon. It was a short visit, but a magical one. We fell in love with the honey coloured stone buildings, the stunning walking country and the exceptionally friendly locals. We liked it so much that we decided to buy a weekend cottage, but found that our weekends were becoming ever longer, so we moved permanently. We must admit to being “townies” with a love of the countryside, but we feel that Broadway offers the best of both worlds.
There are a whole host of eating establishments on the doorstep, some of which we believe rival London, where we had lived for the previous 20 years. We can truthfully say that we have tried virtually all of them, so we should be able to give you recommendations to suit your taste. We also go walking most days, so are well versed with the walks in the area.
However, don’t take our word for it, choose our luxurious property for your next break and experience the magic for yourselves! We look forward to welcoming you.
East House, as featured in 25 Beautiful Homes, winner of AA Best Guest Accommodation for England 2012-2013 and the Cotswold Tourism Gold Award for Best Accommodation in the Cotswolds 2013 is a stunning Cotswold stone country house, which was built in 1759.
Nestled in its own beautiful grounds, the property commands magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and enjoys an unrivalled setting at the top of the famous upper High Street. It is perfectly located as it is quiet and peaceful, yet only a few minutes walk to all the amenities for which Broadway is renowned – restaurants, pubs, tearooms, antiques shop, boutiques, galleries, delicatessens and so much more.
The surrounding countryside offers miles of breath-taking walks which can be punctuated by breaks in delightful country pubs.

Worcester is the main city with its cathedral and medieval charm, and to the north of the county is Worcestershire’s 19th-century industrial legacy, at restored mills and canals.
