Hello. We’re FAUN. An independent, family-owned bakery, coffee shop and kitchen, celebrating the finest in seasonal and local food and drink. Foraged from the wilds of Herefordshire, Worcestershire and the neighbouring counties.
Our naturally leavened, sourdough loaves, are handmade in our basement bakery every day. Made using organic flour from Shipton Mill, water and sea salt.
We also create an array of pastries, cakes and tarts using the finest in locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. From croissants to cruffins, pain au raisin to savoury danishes.
Alongside our bread and pastries, we’ve foraged from the wilds of Herefordshire, Worcestershire and the neighbouring counties, to hand-pick the finest in local produce. From jams and chutneys to ale and wine.
We’re proud to work with Hundred House Coffee. An award-winning roastery in the Shropshire Hills. Our house blend, Nom Nom, is bursting with the flavours of dried fruits, chocolate and hazelnuts.
Their single origin coffees can be directly traced back to source, hailing from unique estates using roast profiles to create a balanced cup.
We also have a wide range of their coffee beans for sale in our Bakery, so you can enjoy a cup of Hundred House Coffee in the comforts of your own home.
We source the finest in seasonal and local produce to create our all-day brunch and lunch menu, which is served until 3pm each day.
We also host monthly Feast Nights and Supper Nights on a Friday evening.
