We use locally sourced produce wherever possible. Our bread is from award winning baker Peter Cooks Bread, we also use award winning sauces from Tubby Toms and Sauce Shop. All our rapeseed oil is harvested less than 3 miles away in Pinvin by WOO oil. It is then cold pressed, and this is what we use in all our fryers.

Our high-quality meats are sourced from the neighbouring county of Gloucestershire. A lot of our meats are brought in on the bone and prepped on site, from dry aged steaks to fresh English shoulders of succulent lamb and everything in between. Falling back on our butchery heritage (it’s what we do) curing our own meat is also a big part of our weekly routine. We buy whole belies of pork to de-rind, bone out and cure ourselves using some special ingredients to make it our own. As well as bacon, we also cure our own pastrami (salt beef) which is really becoming popular in the UK.

We prep our burgers daily and they are minced, and hand rolled on site before smashing on our hot grills to create some of the best tasting burgers in the UK.

Our homemade sausages for our snags (hot dogs) are made weekly using fresh shoulders of English pork created from Darren’s own family recipe, which have been left to hang for 2 days to mature (Gluten free).

Pulled meats. We serve 5 types of pulled meats, Traditional Pork, Sweet Honey BBQ Pork, Bourbon BBQ Brisket, Garden Minted Lamb and of course our home cured pastrami (salt beef), cooked daily on site from 7am to be ready for opening at 4pm.

Sauces. A lot of our sauces that complement our meat are made daily in house from our Tzatziki for our lamb to our range of BBQ sauces. In addition, we also blend all of our own seasoning rubs and salts.

Our fries are freshly cut from the bag (yes chipped in front of you!) then cooked in local WOO rapeseed oil with no additives. We pride ourselves in our fries being gluten free, never frozen, and always fresh.

Specials. We LOVE food and we LOVE what we do! We’ve spent a decade in this industry, and we’ve sampled some amazing food all over the UK & USA, so we regularly have special guest items on the menu.
