The Fir Tree Inn

Situated in the heart of the Worcestershire countryside, lying between the Worcester-Birmingham Canal and Trench Wood, The Fir Tree Inn is frequented by boaters, cyclists, walkers and motorists. Dating back around 200 years, the Murderer’s Bar tells the gory history of the Oddingley Murders.

There are two very comfortable dining areas, a sheltered patio and garden.

Martyn and Tracy Perrins have been the freehold proprietors for several years, with many years of experience in the trade.

A comprehensive selection of beer and wines are available together with excellent pub food in pleasant surroundings.

In the south are the Cotswolds and their enchanting stone-built villages and heart-lifting rural scenery. And to the west is the Malverns; dark, brooding hills that rise suddenly over the valley of the River Severn that courses north to south down to the Bristol Channel.

Worcester is the main city with its cathedral and medieval charm, and to the north of the county is Worcestershire’s 19th-century industrial legacy, at restored mills and canals.
