Join chef tutor Versha Patel in discovering the influences of other countries on this cuisine. Known for its bold flavours and rich cultural heritage.

Samples of street foods from Sri Lanka with sambals to pack a punch and elevate the simplest of dishes.

This is a hands-on experience workshop.

  • Veg kottu – street food stir fry
  • Egg hopper – coconut milk-based pancake with egg
  • Parsley and onion stuffed flat
  • Sambals – different chutneys to accompany the hopper
  • All ingredients, aprons, hot and cold drinks are provided
