Sebastians is an award winning 17th Century town centre restaurant with rooms to stay. Mark Sebastian & Michelle Fisher have enjoyed welcoming their guests for over 28 years, who invariably return for the exceptional hospitality and comfort that is the “Sebastians’ Experience”.

Sebastian Fisher, Chef/Patron is a classically trained chef who worked throughout Europe. Michelle and her team personally welcome each guest on arrival and ensure a relaxed and intimate dining experience.

There are six en-suite bedrooms, each with individual character, with oak beams and brass or four-poster beds. All are furnished in keeping with the period of this historic building.

We are renowned across Shropshire for our high standards, both for the cuisine we serve and intimate, informal surroundings. Guests can enjoy an aperitif by the log fire in the winter, or during the summer months outside on the terrace, followed by a wonderful dining experience in the oak-panelled restaurant. The monthly-changing set price menu with choices takes you through five courses of well-crafted, French-inspired dishes.
