Christmas Tree Festival
Join us for a magical experience at our Christmas Tree Festival. This festive event is open for visits from Thursday, December 7, 2023, until Sunday, January 14, 2024 (excluding Christmas Eve and Christmas Day).
The festival welcomes guests during regular visiting hours: 10 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday (last entry at 4.30 pm), and 1 pm to 3 pm on Sundays (last entry at 2.30 pm).
Our enchanting Christmas trees, adorned with a brilliant display of lights, will be creatively designed and decorated by local schools, charities, and organisations. This visual feast promises to captivate visitors of all ages and create wonderful memories for the entire family. This year, the spectacle will be even more spectacular with an increased number of trees, adding to the festive ambiance.
No advance booking is required this year, so feel free to drop by and immerse yourself in the enchantment of our glittering Christmas Trees showcased in our atmospheric medieval Cloister!
However, we encourage large groups or schools to make prior arrangements to ensure smooth access.
