Classic British Cookery

On this course, you will take Classical British dishes such as prawn cocktail and transform them to the modern day. Those traditional flavour combinations are taken to new heights whilst retaining their origins. Other dishes that may grace this course are “2022” black forest gateau.

Price includes all ingredients, refreshments on arrival and during the day. You will eat some of the food you cook during the course at lunchtime and take home a recipe pack.
