CrossFit in Hereford become affiliated in 2013 with plans to expand to what it is now. We originally started off with ad-hock classes back in 2011 which began with close friends and family.
Over the years, through word of mouth and our hard work, we have gathered a small ‘army’ of regular athletes to our classes.
We have gone from strength to strength, with users achieving movements, lifts and general well being that they have never encountered before during any previous training.
Existing and new members instantly bond and are made welcome. The atmosphere and attitude to training and the team cohesion is phenomenal. This is our most treasured aspect, that everyone is to be made comfortable and included when training as after all, no one trains better when they feel comfortable in themselves.
