Haven Distillery

After a long career as a freelance Software Engineer Duncan Fox hung up his keyboard and combined his engineering skills and love of chemistry with his wife’s knowledge and passion for herbs and all things botanical.

The result is Haven Distillery; a true artisan small-batch distillery nestled in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside. Possibly one of the smallest distilleries you will find!

Sly Gin is created by hand in incredibly small batches in our cottage distillery in the heart of Herefordshire. We take herbs from our garden and other traditional botanicals to hand craft a range of vibrant gins by using a mixture of traditional and cold vacuum distillation.

We regularly attend events both locally and further afield. We specialise in giving tasters, making speciality gin and tonics and having our full range of gins available to purchase.
