Running classes in pole fitness, aerial hoop, burlesque, chair trapeze, aerial Hammock, cheerleading, adult gymnastics, stretch and flexibility and various other alternative and confidence boosting classes.

Also catering for 121 and private groups as well as birthday parties/hen do’s!

Our classes are designed to build confidence for clients as well as keep you fit and of course have fun doing so!
